Doreen Evans Associates (DEA), incorporated in 1992, has consistently focused on helping clients understand their business processes and on developing requirements for change. Whether undergoing organizational changes such as a merger, improving business processes, adding product offerings, developing an enterprise architecture, or redesigning systems, DEA specializes in ensuring clients have high quality and comprehensive requirements. Because our heritage is in IT and systems, we understand and can help evaluate systems initiatives. Yet our goal is business improvement, ensuring that business needs, not technology, drive real solutions.
Our Company Culture
DEA's strategy has been to remain a small business by design. Our company resources are dedicated to advancing service expertise and developing process best practices. All of our employees are strongly encouraged to contribute at all levels, and every engagement is undertaken as a source of learning and new insight into clients' challenges and solutions. We are aligned with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and many of our consultants have earned certification by the IIBA as BA professionals (CBAP). |
