A cornerstone of our methodology is to facilitate requirements workshop sessions to achieve focused collaboration and build mutual understanding among stakeholders. We also use a requirements repository to organize and detail the requirements through models, which provides an ease of understanding and reviewing the requirements, updating the requirements, generating documentation for project lifecycle milestones, as well as providing inputs for user acceptance testing and training.
