	Phase 3: Product Development Process Improvement
	A candid, expert-based assessment of your current product development process with recommendations for improvement. The assessment includes on-site interviews with key participants and stakeholders; documentation of the “as-is” situation with bottlenecks, pain points and risks clearly identified; recommendations based on industry best practices; documentation of the “to-be” processes; and a roadmap for implementing change.
