This two and one-half day offering is for clients who need to learn how to work with ER/Studio and the Repository efficiently and effectively. The course consists of a two-day classroom session describing the various features and functions of ER/Studio that are used to conduct logical data modeling, analysis, physical database design, and reverse engineering of existing data structures. Ample opportunity is provided for participants to use the tool in work sessions designed to reinforce the material within the context of a case study. In addition, a half-day workshop is offered to repository administrators and project managers whose job is to establish and define the working environment, including standards, conventions, process, roles, security, and customization.

This two-day course outlines a recommended change management process for logical and physical models and includes a half-day workshop on establishing your own processes.
