Training - Overview

Doreen Evans Associates provides a complete training curriculum to support the skills and competencies needed for business analysts.

• The Business Analysis Curriculum includes courses on understanding and honing BA skills such as facilitation and requirements communication, as well as education on business process modeling, use cases, data modeling, and others.

We also provide tool-focused courses for two major vendor toolsets. These courses help you see how to accomplish your goal, and then focus on those parts of the tools that apply when you need them in the process.

• Embarcadero Technologies ER/Studio and Repository . Courses include an introduction to the basics of the tool. For those who need data modeling technique education, the course can be tailored at your request to include these concepts.

• Telelogic's System Architect . Courses include using System Architect for requirements analysis, business process modeling, object-oriented techniques, enterprise architectures, and data modeling.

Courses are designed as modules and can be combined and tailored for your company's methods, techniques, and staff skill levels.

Pricing includes student materials and shipping. Travel expenses for the instructor are additional.
