This three-day course introduces the concepts of OOA&D and describes how you can use System Architect to build UML-compliant diagrams and definitions. The course focuses on use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams, but also includes design diagram types such as component diagrams and sequence diagrams.

Data Modeling and Database Design for System Architect Users
This two-day course teaches the basics of data modeling, including conceptual, logical and physical modeling techniques using System Architect. You’ll work with System Architect to define entities and attributes, learn about subject areas and project data models, and use automated features to transition to a physical model and generate DDL. The course includes reverse data engineering.

We show how to use System Architect’s capabilities to design and document the architecture that fits your needs, as well as how to build the information that will populate the architecture.
